Fermented Watermelon Sauce

If you are only ever going to try one sauce in your life, this has to be it.  Almost pure watermelon tones throughout the sauce before it ends with a gentle warmth from the cayenne peppers, almost like a warm hug from your grandma!  Make buffalo wings with a difference using this sauce, it also pairs extremely well with prawn dumplings and gyoza.
